  1. Payment 

  • For consultation and CV review services, must be paid in full at the time of booking. 

  • For other services, a 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. 

  • Payment can be made via the accepted payment methods specified on our website. 

2. Cancellation Policy 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation or service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. 

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid. 

3. Confidentiality 

  • We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and will not disclose any information discussed during consultations or services to any third party without your prior consent, except as required by law. 

4. Limitations and Disclaimer 

  • Our consultations and services are intended to provide guidance and support. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from our services. 

  • Whilst we strive to deliver comprehensive services, we cannot guarantee success in interviews, presentations, or any other career-related activities. 

5. Refunds and Revisions 

  • We do not offer refunds for services rendered. 

  • For CV services, you are entitled to up to 3 revisions within 5 days of receipt. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. 

  • Any dissatisfaction or requests for revisions should be communicated to us within the specified timeframe. 

6. Data Protection 

  • We adhere to strict data protection policies and will handle all personal data shared with us in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 

7. Termination and Cancellation 

  • We reserve the right to terminate or cancel any service if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions or if it is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. 

  • In the event of termination or cancellation initiated by us, a refund of any fees paid will be provided on a pro-rata basis, depending on the services already rendered. 

8. Limitations and Liability: 

  • Accuracy and Reliability: While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information and services, EA3 Consulting cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the content on our website or the outcomes of our services. 

  • No Liability for Damages: EA3 Consulting shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities. 

  • Third-Party Websites: Any links to third-party websites provided on our website are for informational purposes only. EA3 Consulting does not endorse or have control over the content, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party websites. Clients accessing these websites do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions of those websites. 

  • Limitation of Legal Action and Mediation: Any claims or disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall, in the event of a dispute, first be subject to mediation. The parties agree to engage in good faith efforts to resolve any disputes through a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If mediation does not result in a resolution, the claims or disputes shall then be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the relevant governing authorities. By using our website or engaging our services, clients agree that any legal action brought against EA3 Consulting must be commenced within a specified time period as defined by the governing jurisdiction. 

8. Modifications 

  • We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
